RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To start a Return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name and postal code to bring up your order history. We will check your request and start the returning process
Items purchased on sale or marked “final sale” cannot be returned for a refund.
Item(s) purchased from www.frevclothing.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 15 days of receiving the shipment. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Please note: We do not accept returns of Frev products not purchased from www.frevclothing.com.
For international returns please contact email@example.com. All customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, you will be charged for any costs, duties, fees or taxes associated with shipping the package back to Frev.
We do not exchange products. If you purchased an item from www.frevclothing.com and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
